Omega 3 Fish Oil
Research has shown on numerous occasions, that taking omega 3 fish oil can not only increase your general health, it can assist with one of the biggest problems in our society : Depression. 
Depression can be influenced by many different factors and vice-versa. It can affect our concentration, our memory, our stress levels, and of course, anxiety levels.

How does our Omega 3 compare ?
Most omega 3 supplements on the shelf contain 18% EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and 12% DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid), our capsules contain 90% EPA only; and no DHA.
We see the average capsule of Omega 3 containing 1000mg of EPA, which at 18% concentrate, is only an effective 180mg. Our capsules are 300mg of EPA, but at 90% concentrate, an effective 270mg.
So why EPA only in our Omega 3 ?
Clinical research has shown that the more EPA without DHA, the more effective EPA will be over time. Although DHA is one of the good guys, it counters the full effects and benefits of the EPA alone.
It has been proved through research that low levels of EPA are associated with slowing of brain activity. When EPA levels are low, the phospholipids layers become hardened, this causes cell signalling to slow down. The slow-down of communication between the brain cells may lead to instant depression. This may also include ADD and ADHD.
EPA can reverse this process, by increasing the Phospholipids in the brain-cell membranes and helps to make the membranes more fluid. This has a favourable effect on the neurotransmitters and mends the electrical messaging to the brain.
Although Psychologists will convince you that your depression was caused by underlying incidents, like been bullied as a child, we say you need to be "oiled up a bit"
